We arrived  May 1st to wwoof on a new farm, greeted by kind people, 5 toy cockerspaniels, 3 pups, multiple racing pigeons and chickens.
The farm is 3/4 of an acre run by David and Katy Bayly.
Our living quarters were supplied with a fresh fruit basket that was gathered from the land; avocado, papaya, passionfruit, topped off with a  plumeria. Welcome we felt.
The work days begin with an hour of watering for the lettuce, beets, chives, peas, avocado, carrots, artichoke, bananas, papaya, taro, tomatoes, passionfruit, citrus trees, mango, and more. Refreshing for both the plants and the soul.
So far we've done a lot of weeding which has really improved the look of this place, rototilled, trimmed, pruned, harvested and mowed.
Vibes are good and so are the hours. 7-noon and then we have the rest of the day to explore the island!
